This Connemara marble Irish rosary encompasses the spirit of the Irish faith. Ireland was an early adopter of Catholicism, and symbols of early Christianity can be found throughout the country, including ancient, 9th-century monasteries and nunneries with Celtic Crosses on their land. Catholicism remains important to the Irish, with most small towns still having a church.
The rosary comes in a beautiful gift box, measuring approximately 24 1/4" long including the cross, with 8mm beads. Crafted using traditional techniques, it reflects the Irish craftsmanship used for centuries. All of Biddy Murphy's precious metal pieces are Hallmarked and stamped at Castle Dublin, ensuring authenticity.
